How important is customer service for your store?

Be it an online store, or a conventional business, where ever you see there is the customer, in order to increase the reputation of your company it’s important that you provide prompt and good customer service, not only customers will come repeatedly, but they also refer to more customers. Now I’m going to share some of the information, or you can call it as tips, which will be useful in doing good customer service.

Attitude towards a customer

When you think about good customer service, think each customer as an Individual, who can help your business growth, because if you care enough for the customer, not only he be happy with your service and he/she can bring more people to your store.

Proper training to your employees

In a  store there will be lots of department you need to appoint managers for each department, it’s a must train your employees very well, how to handle a customer request, how to talk to a customer, how to get things done in a proper way, if there is no good training then it will become a mess, some customers will be dissatisfied some may even sue you for the poor service all depends upon the store owner interest to train the employees diligently.

Greet your customers

Customers come to your store from all walks of life, they will have their own pressure, tensions and problems, when they enter the store, it will be always nice when you greet them with a smile face that sets up the mood for the customer, and it gives a good impression about your store. If you see an old customer, not only you need to greet the customer but also if you talk to your customer a few words about their well-being will do a great job in getting more customers for your store.

Thank your customers

Whether customer purchases or not, when they go out of the store you need to thank them for visiting their store, if they purchase you need to mention a thank note on the package they bought and also manually you need to tell “ Thanks for visiting our store”.

Give Bonus/gifts if they find problems with your product/service.

We are not always perfect, sometimes a customer might be angry at our mistake, if found that mistake is on the store side you have to apologize for the mistake, and you need to provide gifts/bonus for the customer who is unsatisfied and make sure that don’t happen next time in this way customer becomes happy, and he will not go to another store.
